Spring is here once again, and the wheel of the year is turning to the Spring Equinox. We find ourselves standing on the threshold of rebirth and renewal.
We would love you to join us for some deeply rejuvenating and relaxing Spring Equinox sound vibrations. Come along and immerse yourself in the power of sound to enhance balance: body, mind and soul.

The Spring Equinox is a time when day and night balance perfectly, and we are once again beckoned outside to take in the world around us. As the natural world wakes up, we too experience a rebirth, giving us more beautiful reasons to celebrate and set our intentions for the coming months.

Our intention and our passion is to reconnect each of us to the healing power of sound through the natural world around us, bringing us back to a state of balance and harmony; for our bodies, organ by organ, our minds and our Spirit.
Sound is an incredible and transformative healing tool that has been around since the beginning of time. Every culture uses sound, and it’s considered one of the highest frequency tools on the planet.
When we surround ourselves in the sacred frequency of sound, many shifts can take place.
We can drop out of our thinking minds, allowing us to quieten the chatter, we can calm our heart rate and ultimately feel more relaxed and refreshed. In this space, we are open to experiencing more harmony and peace, bringing balance in our lives.
Sound can clear blockages in the body, dissolve feelings of anxiety, and melt any resistance, leaving you feeling more at peace and ready to embrace your potential and limitless possibilities.

OUR SOUND HEALING INSTRUMENTS
In our sound baths we incorporate the sounds of the natural world with Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, Crystal didgeridoos and other beautiful instruments collected through Kerry’s travels with indigenous cultures around the world, including rattles, drums, the Okarina and many more.
